This policy covers both the Vibhava Technology Services website and the SmaranVault mobile application.
Website
When you use our contact form, we collect only the information you choose to provide (name, email, phone, and message) solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell or share this information with third parties, and do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.
SmaranVault app
SmaranVault is built so that the personal information you store in it — documents, account details, identification numbers, and similar records — is encrypted and kept on your own device. We do not have a copy of this data and cannot access it. The only information that reaches our servers is what's strictly required to operate your free trial or subscription: your phone number, your name (if provided), your free-trial dates, and payment/subscription status via our payment processor, Razorpay.
If you use SmaranVault's family-sharing export feature, the encrypted export file is transferred directly between devices you control — it does not pass through or get stored on our servers.
Payment information
All payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details on our own systems at any point.

These terms govern your use of the SmaranVault mobile application and its associated subscription, offered by Vibhava Technology Services.
The service
SmaranVault is a personal information management app for Android, distributed directly rather than through an app store. An active subscription is required to use the app beyond initial setup.
Subscription and billing
Subscriptions are billed annually via Razorpay and renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Pricing is shown at the time of subscribing within the app.
Your responsibilities
Because SmaranVault encrypts and stores your data only on your own device, you are responsible for keeping your device secure and for using the app's export feature to back up your data before uninstalling, switching devices, or if you're at risk of losing access to your phone. We cannot recover data that only ever existed on a device we don't have access to.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation
You can cancel your SmaranVault subscription at any time from within the app or by writing to us. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not end your current paid period early.
Refunds
If you're charged in error, or a technical issue on our side prevents you from using SmaranVault after subscribing, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we'll review it for a full or partial refund. Outside of that, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started, since access is granted immediately upon payment.

Email vibhavatechnologyservices@gmail.com with your registered phone number and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
